The best workaround is to look for the closest title to the job title you are looking for. You can click the "Search" button to make it easier.
3. I cannot generate the PDF file or the PDF file that I generated is empty.

Please make sure that Internet security setting is set to medium-high or medium. To do so, go to Tools, select Internet Options, and select the Security tab.
