Requirements
  • One (1) passport photocopy of employee including visa page
  • Employment Contract photocopy
Resolution of Labor Disputes
  • TECOM will not act as an arbitrator in resolving any disputes that may arise between a Licensee and an Employee.
  • It is imperative to inform TECOM of all labour disputes, who in turn will issue a letter to the Ministry of Labour. The Ministry of Labour may then refer this matter to Dubai Court.
  • The residency of Employee should be canceled within one month after the case forwarded to the court.
  • The Dubai Court will not process any labour disputes, with out a referral letter from TECOM.
  • Decision or order issued by the Dubai Court will be considered final and will be implemented by TECOM.
  • TECOM follows UAE Labor Law.
